As we are sure you will appreciate, the current Coronavirus epidemic is having a huge negative affect on the travel and tourism industry. Commensurate with this, we are receiving an extremely large volume of calls and emails, all of which require our attention.

We are endeavouring to assist as many customers as possible but our resources are finite and so, to help reduce the flood of phone enquiries we are receiving, can we please request that anyone travelling on or after 4 July 2020 contact us via Email in the first instance so we are able to properly prioritise those requiring assistance based on when their holiday is due.
